In collaboration with CPH:DOX Film Greater Copenhagen is launching the first culture summit. From the 23th – 26th of March the new arts and culture summit CPH:MEETINGS are presenting artist meetings in Copenhagen. With CPH:MEETINGS, we are giving politicians, scientists and analysts a weekend off and have instead invited authors, painters, directors, musicians and comedians to give their perspectives on current debates. Through nine artist meetings we will explore what new solutions emerge, when the arts get involved in political topics such as migration, EU-crisis, growing cultural gaps with rural and urban areas and much more.
The summit, which will be an annual event, is created as a collaboration between CPH Film Fund, the documentary film festival CPH:DOX and the city of Copenhagen.
